The sleepy streets of Caruthersville, Missouri come alive each January as the Grizzly Jig Company opens its doors for their annual Spring Tackle Show.
Don’t be fooled by the small-town location of this fishing supply dynasty, as it has everything an angler could dream of.
Louie Mansfield began Grizzly Jig in his garage in 1991 and the little garage shop has grown into what is touted the largest seller of crappie tackle in the country. As you enter the store it quickly becomes apparent that this is something special here, and that carries on through room after room in the approximately-25,000sq ft building which is packed full of all things fishing. And there is additional square footage being readied for more things, coming soon!
Grizzly Jig has mastered the ability to have a massive inventory and an online catalog while maintaining a level of customer service that only a small-town, family-run business could give.
